It depends on where you are. For orders in US, Canada, and South Korea, it will take 5-7 business days. All other countries, it can take up to 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Sure, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and will be able to track the package.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will take care of all shipping costs to accept your return and provide a replacement. If you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept your return in 30 days from date of delivery, but we don't cover the shipping cost. We will gladly cover all return shipping costs on verified purchases from Pium or from one of its authorized resellers or distributors (must register via the Pium app) if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, and if your product needs assistance during your warranty period.
Duration and Coverage. One (1) year Limited Hardware Warranty. Subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below, Pium provides the following Limited Warranty only to the person or entity that originally purchased the Device from Pium or from one of its authorized resellers or distributors (must register via the Pium app); Pium warrants the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase and with respect to pre-orders from the date the pre-orders are shipped (“Warranty Period”). If a Device is returned to Pium during the Warranty Period as provided below, and Pium determines that the Device is defective, Pium will either repair or replace the unit with either a new or a refurbished Pium device, or refund the original purchase price (less any discounts or promotional codes) in return for the Device, at its option. If the Warranty Period has expired or is otherwise not applicable as per the Scope and Limitation on Warranty, we will return the Device to you. In normal usage (normal intensity for 12 hours a day), it will last 4 weeks, but it could be vary depending on the users' settings such as intensity and schedules.
Sometimes fragrance can be formed on the capsule cap, depending on the fragrance itself condition and the environmental factors such as temperature, air pressure to name a few. It is not a product defect. Please wipe the surface gently with a soft tissue.
As Pium fragrance oils are extremely concentrated, it should be cleaned immediately. Wash the surface spilled upon with soap and water. Usually alcohol is a good solvent for removing fragrance from surfaces or your hands. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after handling. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
Pium only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Please check if your wifi supports 2.4GHz. (5GHz WiFi is not supported at this moment.)
It means your device is disconnected. Please open Pium mobile app and reconnect the device at [Setting tab > device setting]. If you don’t register your device, then please open Pium mobile app and scan your Pium device.
No worry! Your Pium device is installing software updates. It will take about 30 seconds, and the LED turns white back when the installation is complete.
First, please make sure that the power cable is connected properly. Then, open Pium mobile app and check the LED setting of the device. The LED setting is located at the top right corner of the device tab.
You can always set the fragrance intensity at the device tab of Pium mobile app. The intensity 3 is the strongest.
Open the top cover of the device, slowly pull out the capsule, and then insert it again. If the app still does not recognize your capsule, please check if the label is damaged or removed. Without Pium's unique label, the capsule will not be recognized. Please contact email@example.com for further help.
Please remove the rubber cap from the bottle and screw the black cap from the device box on the bottle. When you screw the black cap on the bottle, please make sure the white sealing pad is between the cap and the bottle. Before you place the capsules into the device, please make sure your Pium device is on and connected. Insert the scent capsule with the black cap facing down, one by one following the mobile app instruction.
